"There are unbelievers right here" is a poor excuse to neglect the command of our Lord to make disciples in all tribes/ cultures/ people-groups. (In Matt 28:19-20, the word 'nations' [Greek: ethne] does not mean countries. It means tribes/ cultures/ people-groups.)
