@ManyFreeBirds it is blessings to practice it but feeling the pain of others and encrouging other as God guides us is the core message in it. It is symbol of loving others bringing ourselves down to others. However, some do not feel it and some just focus practice but not the essence of it. Let us keep praying for one another to have mercy from the Lord! Amen
