31. Menahem (2 Kings 15:17, etc). A king of Israel (745-736 BC). In the Annals of Tiglath-pileser III (745-727 BC), Fragment 2, line 10, it reads: me-ni-hi-im-me URU.sa-me-ri-na-a-a “Menahem of the city of Samaria.”
