146. Biblical People in Inscriptions

Luke writes in 3:1 of a Lysanias tetrarch of Abilene. He is mentioned by Josephus in Antiquities 18.237, 19.275, 20.138, and in Greek inscriptions, which Titus Kennedy dates to no later than 29 AD, in agreement with Luke. (p.91)
