From Old Covenant to the 'New & Better' Covenant, as the author of Hebrews put it, and we know that all scripture is God breathed, the Holy Spirit is not only present, but active, from Genesis to Revelation! Most believers would say that they received the Holy Spirit at their acceptance of Jesus or at their water baptism, but what does the Word Of God really say about this
