A cross-less church is a cult. Don't be a cultist.

From my experience, I've found out that it's safer to fail outside God's will than to succeed outside His will.

The Great Commission is so great and grand that every believer has a space in the Lord's business. There's no fear of redundancy. "To the work, to the work..."

One of the surprises we're going to see in heaven will be people who lived their lives saying "No" to the Lord, but who on their deathbed said a faint "Yes" to Him before they died. The thief on the cross will be one of such surprises.

It's sad that the Lord of the Church has been kicked out of His Church by the backslidden Bride. Now He stands outside the door of His Church knocking and saying:
"Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled with dew, and my locks with the drops of the night." Song 5.2

God's way of rewarding His servants is "a penny for a day". This shows that God has a daily record of all we do for Him. Don't be discouraged faithful servants of the Lord for great shall be your rewards.

The mountain before you is a mountain of bread. Don't cringe before it. Instead eat it up. Never forget to pray, "Give me this day, my daily bread."

The relationship between the cross and the resurrection is like the bird and the egg. The bird lays the egg but the egg hatches the bird. Christ's death on the cross gave birth to the resurrection, but it was the hope of the resurrection that initiated Christ's death on the cross.

The Resurrection is one answer that settled all the multitude of arguments of hell and men. Jesus is alive! That's all. It's finished. C'est tout! C'est finit!

The graveside silence at the tomb of Jesus Christ before His resurrection was a melody in hell. But the sound of the rolling stone changed the music. Jesus is alive. Hallelujah!

Death cannot keep its prey,
Jesus my Saviour,
He tore the bars away,
Jesus my Lord.

Happy Easter to you all.

1. The cross is the oldest theology of the Christian faith.
2. The cross is the most central theme of our Christian faith.
3. The cross gives balance to our theology and gospel.
4. The cross was the death place of our old nature and the birth place of our new life.
5. Every Christian experience finds it's root in the cross.

Christ's death certificate procured my birth certificate. His dying breath brought me life.

When we get it right at the cross, we get it right everywhere. But when we get it wrong at the cross, we get it wrong everywhere.

The picture of Satan's defeat on the cross is deeply etched in his memory constantly tormenting him. Learn to increase Satan's trauma by always reminding him about the cross.

If Christ only died on the cross to destroy Satan, then His death would have been in vain. He also died on the cross to destroy Satan's principal agent - my "SELF" and your "SELF".

"And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again." 2 Corinthians 5:15

Many of us know much about Christ's cross but little about the believer's cross. This has left us in defeat despite our previous experiences at the cross of Jesus Christ. To experience daily victory, we must take up our cross daily and follow Christ.
