@OneofTen Day 1 through 7 is a really bad virus on day 8 you get a allergic reaction in your lungs, some people get it far worse than others. From a doctor if that is what you do. Steroids for lungs, antihistamine from Dr. also antibiotic if pnemonunia starts antibiotic from Dr.For lungs inhale steam every 4 hours round the clock after inhalation have someone pat your back pretty good to loosen phlem. Do not sleep on back it partially collaspes your lungs. Sleep on stomach or side if you must. If you are into Homeopathy Use Eupatorium 1m wet dose every 3 hours, 1 dessert teaspoon around the clock.
@OneofTen If you get the eupatorium 1m in pellet form dose is 10 pellets in a 500 ml bottle of water. Let dissolve and shake 5 or 6 times before taking a dose. Store in the refrigerator. I would definately take antihistamines while I was waiting for stuff to come in. I hate benedryl but when you are sick you are sick and desperate at times. Aspirin to thin blood or Arnica 30c wet dose to thin blood and help clean blood vessels.
@DaDavis
Wow. I have no idea, but I believe you.
As far as the laying on the back, that must be right. I always lay on my sides, the other morning, my sides were hurting from laying on them too much and I turned over and accidentally fell asleep on my back for a while.
I slept well, but when I woke up, my cough was terrible and I was in more pain, weird.
I'll look into that Eupatorium. We like homeopathic treatments. I sometimes take Mucinex, but I'm not a big fan, and hate to take it before I lay down.
Sorry for these long responses.
I wish I knew of a good Doctor, even if I could do a telehealth appointment and get some prescriptions. By the way, I never ever thought I'd say that last sentence. LoL
