Has anyone on here read the whole book of the Heavenly Man about Brother Yun? I’ve read it but I had a question as to his 40 day fast and that’s did he fast completely from food and water? Or just from food? Does anyone know?

@Hkcardenas89 we can only last about 4 days without water, I would suggest the 40-day fast was from food only.
