At Republicans meetings Im shocked at the process in which the people are "allowed" to speak. The reason in old times for this was for legitimate order of events, now its done to stop people from speaking. If you jam every possible moment will endless rambling of nonsensical garbage; eventually the meeting will be over. Same goes for the Church. If one dude rambles on long enough, the meeting will be over. He or she will have fulfilled their weekly checklist.

Without the freedom; niether the Holy Spirit or the people will speak. The heart of ministry is NOT endless teaching. Teaching is part of equipping; but the result of teaching is DOING the call FULLY equipped. Equipping the saint's for the WORK of the ministry. Eph2-4.

Look at Azusa, the welsh revival, the second great awakening. Were they penned up ineffectually teaching w/o truely equipping? Or were they engaged FULLY with God.
