A lead tablet from the east excavation dump area of the Mt. Ebal altar is dated 1200-1400 BC and mentions “by the God Yahu” in proto-alphabetic Hebrew. To have both El and Yhw written at this early time period refutes the 19th century documentary hypothesis.

46. Earthquake of 33 AD

In gullies of the Wadi Ze’elim, SW Dead Sea, an earthquake seismite layer can be seen that has been assigned to 31 +/- 4 AD, which history specifies as 33 A.D. This earthquake is noted in Matthew 27:50-51 at the time when Jesus was being crucified.
