Okay, I need prayer again. LOL!
A friend of mine had a blood pressure monitor and I used it. I don't know if it's accurate, but it is saying that my blood pressure is unusually high. I do everything alternatively, so I am working on that end, but I really need prayer over my mind. Taking my thoughts captive has been a real challenge; especially during this time. I am praying for my blood pressure to stabilize and stay there. I would appreciate your agreement. This is probably why I have been having issues with my nose bleeding, too.
