In order to understand what is happening in America one needs to read, Marx's "Communist Manifesto", Hitler's "Meine Kampf", Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals", and then study the Socialist/Communist revolutions of Russia, Germany, Cuba, and China. What we are seeing in America is different in it's methodology, is slower and dare I say more patiently deceptive it it's maneuvering and manipulation, but the end goal is the same, the end of our Constitutionally granted freedoms.
"The Naked Communist" by Skousen is an outstanding resource of what the Communists ultimate goals were in the late 1950's... they have succeeded.
"Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom". Marxist Communism is at odds in every way with the life which can only come from God, it sets the State up as God, and attempts to construct the utopia we all desire, but fallen flesh can never "manifest" this side of heaven.
