1. Our rights are inherently provided by our Creator, therefore not having been provide by any other being "before", no other being has any lien (unalienable) against them nor any authority to deny or remove them (any of them, the ones which have been delineated in lists or bills of rights nor any of the other infinite ones with which we were created or endowed).

2. We never relinquished any our divinely provided rights therefor we are not requesting them back.
