I really wish #Tusky had a Zip It feature like #Tweetcaster -- if someone is tweeting too much I could #zip 'em (i.e. shut them up) for a day or a week and they'd be automatically un-Zipped afterwards.
My* feed -- not the local or #fediverse timeline -- is starting to look like #Facebook. Retoots of #fakenews. Angry people. Stupidity galore.
I'm feeling a need to #mute a bunch of people for a while, but then I'd forget to #unmute them. So maybe I'll just #unfollow? 🤔
@evelynyap I don't hesitate to #unfollow people...or even #block (reserved for those who use foul language or similar)...I personally don't want to have anger or foolishness going through my eyes into my brain, either. And only we can prevent it on our own timelines...gotta do what we need to do! 😶
