What a powerful and beautiful time in Puerto Rico. I have known Diana Carter for almost 20 years, and her husband Keith Carter for nearly that long as well. It was a joy and honor to reconnect with dear friends and witness the Lord’s continued work through their lives, relationships, and ministry connections.

I was invited to speak at City of Refuge, a thriving church founded and led by Pastor David Rusi and his lovely wife. They are both powerful worshipers, speakers, and teachers, carrying a deep love for the presence of God and a strong commitment to equipping the Body of Christ.

Their ministry has grown tremendously, with 7 campuses in Puerto Rico and four churches in the United States that Pastor David Rusi oversees and visits monthly. What a testimony of faithfulness, leadership, and Kingdom multiplication.
