We should not be deterred by bad news. The day of the Resurrection began with bad news:

"They have stolen His body..."

We don't yet know the miracles that God is working in the middle of the nights and inside the tombs.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
