One of the keys to deliverance is education on spiritual matters. Today, I will take aim at Yoga.

The first step towards freedom is recognizing captivity. Yoga is a yolk around the neck of the American Church.

Yoga means “to yolk.”
Do you want to be yolked to spiritual things that aren't Jesus? If you want to stretch, then stretch. But don't do yoga. If you seek peace, you will find a yolk, not liberty, in yoga. Only Jesus can give you peace. Yoga is a false religion.

Isaiah, the prophet, speaking on behalf of the One true God, said,

“Is this not the fast which I choose,
To loosen the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the bands of the yoke,
And to let the oppressed go free
And to break every yoke?” Isaiah 58:6

“If you remove the yolk from your midst...then your light will rise in darkness and your gloom as midday.” Isaiah 58:9,10

Yoga is a yolk around your neck. If this statement angers you, it only proves the point. You need to take your hurt to Jesus, not to “the universe.”
