Christians all over here in America donate it to Christian aid ministries, volunteers package it up in one of the two warehouses, then it is shipped off. I live about 20 minutes from the warehouse in Ephrata Pennsylvania and plan on going to volunteer my self to help in this effort.

@Kruselady @KingdomWorker CAM is mainly used by the Conservative Anabaptists as a way to reach the world with their goods that they would like to distribute. Most of the goods are distributed by Beachy Amish in other countries in their mission posts.
