Got some lamb loin chops(1/2 the price of the New York strip I got my wife) and cooked them on our smoker for the first time today. They were the best I've ever had. They didn't need the mint sauce I made and it was a little tangy. I used what I had on hand: dried spearmint, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. How do you guys make mint sauce? First time for me.
