It is great to be back in the state of Texas, if for nothing else, than the 75 mile hour speed limit on I-10. Still too slow, but better than 65 or 75 in other states.
Why can't we all just agree to a system similar to the german autobahn?
no speed limit.
just drive safe.

@sinbach Sadly just half the picture on Autobahn. There are not too many spots left on Autobahn without speed limit. Too much construction. Too crowded... Many times the limit is 130 km/h which might be around 80 mph. But Rechtsfahrgebot (obligation to keep right as much as possible) is awesome, yes :)
@Wanderer SAD TO HEAR that there are fewer places left without speed limit. 😥 now i am going to be depressed all day. i want to see the world of speed grow - not shrink.
