@auntcindyTOO unfortunately the heart of this problem lies in demonic bondage and medical/biological methods aren't the solution. Both the victim and perpetrator are victims (John 10:10). On one hand active prayer teams can protect children (male and female) from rape. Molesting someone is the easiest way to transfer demons into that person's life. The victim easily becomes promiscuous and is pushed by demons to self destruction (consider Luke 8:33). Children are a threat to Satan see Psalm 8:2. Women are also a threat to Satan (Psalm 68:11).
