Christians all over here in America donate it to Christian aid ministries, volunteers package it up in one of the two warehouses, then it is shipped off. I live about 20 minutes from the warehouse in Ephrata Pennsylvania and plan on going to volunteer my self to help in this effort.
@speakthetruth @KingdomWorker alright. We are in NW Illinois near the Mississippi River. I've not heard of such here
