@Berrybunchfamily Okay Andy, I’m not a Brit. I am a Yankee from the other side of the pond. More exactly, I am now a Texan. You use a term I don’t understand. Help me out. What is lemon curd? What does it consist of? How do you make it?

It's made with lemon juice, sugar, butter and eggs.
We use it on toast but it was was the traditional topping for an English cream tea (clotted cream, a cup of tea, scones (you call them biscuits) and lemon curd)
You can substitute lemon juice for orange or like juice...it's quite popular over here 😊
