@Tashakitkat Raising interest rates is like taking away the punch bowl when the party is getting out of hand. It makes it harder to borrow and spend, and therefore reduces demand.

Of course Biden and the MSM will deny that it's a recession because admitting it would require even more election fraud to avoid a demonrat wipeout.

Why would they raise interest rates during low inflation period starting in 2015 when inflation was at or below zero & also now during high inflation when it is on the way up?
