I assume you're not American? This is nothing at all like the reality where I live. My family is in the minority category and is BOMBARDED with reminders to vote, opportunities to register, and applications to vote by mail.

@Cherishingsparrows2020 It’s correct that I’m not American because it’s way easier to vote here where I am.

no need to be registered
we have national ID laws that suck but at least they mean that everyone has a valid ID
no party that deliberately tries to make it harder
no caging lists
no roll purging
no need for signature verification
plenty of opportunities to vote over a few months, i.e. unlimited early voting
and if there’s an October surprise we can override our previous vote on the last day (but that requires going to a specific location, I did manage to do it that last election).

Being bombarded is part of the problem! Some of the mail is to counteract some of the above BS, while some of the mail is fake!
