First they banned all skiing, now you can't go ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, or play hockey. Canadians not being allowed to PLAY OUTSIDE in winter is total insanity, given that we live in winter mode 8 solid months of the year. And yes, here too they are issuing fines and closing outdoor places down. Imagine being a kid here!

My sister and brother-in-law live in Canada. They made two igloos in their back yard. They've tried to keep things interesting for their children by sleeping in an igloo, cooking dinner in one on a wood-burning stove my brother-in-law made himself, and allowing the children to sit in the igloo to do school work. It's certainly not easy.
