God has wrapped Himself with "darkness". His presence is within us, yet it's veiled in the garbs of divine mystery. God's aim is to elicit commitment and banish casualness from the hearts of seekers.

"He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies." Psalm 18:11
