@DevotionalTreasures oh this scripture melts my heart...what power there is in this (and the preceding verses)

Somebody once pointed out that eagles have [relatively] small muscles for flapping...which is why they soar. They don't have the capacity and energy to flap for long, so they seek out the warm updrafts.

How often do we flap like crazy, when all we need do is follow His voice, and allow His warmth to lift us up so we can soar.

Yes, this scripture is timely today for me.

Hi Andy, I am glad that this verse was brought to you in His perfect timing. Isn't He amazing in how He times the provision in our days?
Eagles soar by seeking and following the hot thermals; if only believers sought the thermals of His Holy Spirit, life would be more bearable.
