They've gone Nuclear... Stay indoors, minimize trips outside. At the very least treat everything outdoors as contaminated unless tested. Establish a cleaning area just inside the house. Put up plastic sheeting (tape up plastic trash bags) to isolate the cleaning area from the “clean” areas in the house. Masks will keep contamination from reaching vital organs. Keep contaminated clothing in the cleaning area. Wash off (use a play pool) the contamination off rain suits and body/hair.
