Drs. Tom and Pamela Omukhobero are dear friends and long term faithful members of CMM. We have visited their orphanage and met these beautiful, precious children. The caregivers and teachers are so loving and faithful in raising these beautiful children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Pray for the completion of this new house. We invite you to come with us in December as we gather a team to go and see firsthand. Help us raise the $750 to get the doors and windows to complete this new Orphan Children's Home.

CMM asks for your prayers and URGENT support in bringing hope and immediate supplies to victims of persecution. Muslims spread the news that the Christian Raja Amir Masih and his brother Rocky Masih burnt the Holy Quran.
Then some people announced in mosques in different areas and called people for protest, and then the protestors burnt 21 churches in Jarawala and 200 Christian houses in Jarawala.
Burnt churches names:
Salvation Army Church, United Presbyterian Church, Allied Foundation Church, and Shehroonwala Church in the Isa Nagri area were ransacked.

CMM has 'boots on the ground' long-term, trusted friends in many nations, including this area of Pakistan.
We are raising funds for the victims who lost their belongings in the fire and attack on 16 August. Pastor TAHIR S has visited there with his team and has a detailed plan that needs your prayers and help.

With the hindsight of 2,000 years, we clearly see the outcome of this event. The apostles were not perpetuating the work of men; they were preaching the good news of the risen Christ, and by the Holy Spirit, people were coming to a saving relationship with God. The gospel is the work of God, and as Gamaliel said, it cannot be overthrown. Every Christian is going to face opposition when sharing Jesus with others. May we be emboldened to share the gospel and love of Christ, and may we be reminded and encouraged that the work is God’s and that He will prevail.

For believers today, this verse serves as a reminder of our ongoing responsibility to share the good news of Jesus' resurrection and the transforming power of the gospel, guided and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Are we to preach the word?

We should “turn away” from those “people.” That is, we should practice Biblical separation. We cannot avoid the times, but we can turn away from the people who make the times what they are (at least, from the worst of them). And we should do that for our protection.
