The Power of Family on Mission
A testimony of walking in faith as a family in God’s Kingdom.

Introduction
van de Berg family
We hope this article will inspire families, both in the church and in the mission field, to be on mission as families. Our children were 5,8, and 9 years old when we went into missions. Strong families are the cornerstone of healthy churches and ministries that invest in the next generation to make disciples of all nations. We cannot give what we do not have, and Christian families serve as examples to our communities and cultures worldwide.cmm.world/2025/10/21/the-power

cmm.world/global-harvest-missi Global Harvest Missions was birthed as a response to a 4+ year, ongoing, online revival in Uganda that has seen over 510,000 people accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. This revival started through a weekly one hour radio broadcast in Mbarara, Uganda hosted by Dr. David White, a CMM College of Theology graduate.

During these four years, the weekly one-hour program has expanded to also include a weekly television broadcast, Global Harvest Today TV, that is seen in nations throughout Africa. Zoom has also been used to conduct Outdoor Crusades as well as Discipleship Meetings for Pastors and Leaders.

Join us for this special online event sponsored by the International School of Evangelism on Saturday, November 1, 2025!

Saturday 10 AM to 1 EST session is online only
Saturday 6:30 PM – online or in-person at 976 West Meadow Parkway Moravian Falls, NC.

✨ Girls of Joy — A New Beginning Through the Sewing Enterprise
💔 From Captivity to Courage
Many of you already know something about Pastor Joy’s courageous ministry in central India, but her story — and that of the 26 young women she has rescued — deserves to be told again.

Each of these girls once lived under unimaginable bondage in the sex trafficking trade. Most were sold by their families — some as young as six years old — often to local Hindu temples, for the equivalent of about $500 USD.

Once handed over, their fate was sealed. In their culture, there is no return. Their identities, futures, and dignity were stripped away. They were expected to live out their days as slaves — without hope of marriage, family, or a future.

But then, Jesus stepped in through the faith and courage of Pastor Joy and her team.
These girls were rescued, redeemed, and introduced to a Savior who calls them beloved daughters.

Rescue Child Slaves from Brick Kilns in West Bengal, India
Brick Kiln Child Slaves, The Hidden Crisis
Brick Kiln Child Slaves at work

In the remote villages of West Bengal, India — especially around the brick kiln factories — many children are trapped in modern-day slavery. Instead of going to school, they are forced to work in dangerous, life-threatening conditions. They carry bricks, suffer abuse, and live without hope. Most heartbreaking of all — many of these children are kidnapped or trafficked from poor families. cmm.world/2025/04/15/rescue-ch

Why Your Giving Matters Now

Deserving Students Waiting: We currently have numerous accepted applicants—pastors, missionaries, and leaders—both in the U.S. and abroad. They have proven ministry references and a deep hunger for God’s Word, but lack the financial means to begin. cmmtheology.org/administration
Eternal Investment: As Philippians 4:17 says, “Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.” Your giving produces eternal harvest in lives you may never meet this side of Heaven.
Multiplication of Impact: Every scholarship given ripples out to entire communities. Many of our graduates go on to plant churches, launch ministries, and disciple future leaders.
Strategic Timing: In a time of global shaking, the Body of Christ urgently needs Spirit-led, well-trained leaders to bring truth, healing, and revival to their regions.

What a joy to acknowledge what the Lord prepared in these six surrendered lives in these Warriors/Ambassadors before the foundation of the world began. We are so blessed as the Lord builds His ecclesia with our global family of CMM Ordained Ministers. We had a precious time in the glory realms while praying for and prophesying to them. This is always a precious, Spirit-led time, and as these dear ones launch into their next season, you can help ignite their passion and zeal to step into greater depth and discovery of the majesty of our Lord. Welcome, Deidre Mebane, Renee' Austin, Jason Wood, Robin and Phyllis Primrose, and Carole Grippo, youtu.be/PcUD7klhcUs

youtu.be/c0odH0gzt-0 For almost 15 years, CMM has helped support their care of 60 orphans, 200 missionaries, and drilled 15 wells, all by ABBAs grace! Pray and ask the Lord what He would have you to give. Click donate.stripe.com/dRm8wPfUnaPH

Join us tonight at 7pm EDT for a special CMM Ordination ceremony where we will be ordaining six amazing faith warriors for Yahweh. We will have a time for praying for and prophesying to them. This is always a precious, Spirit-led time and as these dear ones launch into their next season you can help ignite their passion and zeal to step into greater depth and discovery of the majesty or our Lord.
