Good morning peoples from around the world. Feeling pretty bright and breezy today. And since I decided to stop drinking caffeine after my heart had an argument with itself, that bright and breezy feeling is all me.

Me? I'm still just chuffed that I filmed, edited, transcribed and published 3 Andy B 2 Minute Videos yesterday. And, I managed to put fresh bedding on our bed for the first time in 6 weeks.

Got a check up on Friday morning - check my BP and kidney function (standard at 2 weeks and yearly when on BP meds)
But, also on Friday, I can start exercising again - and allowing my heart rate to increase 🙂
