@sinbach
How is dingdash financing itself? Is it reliant on cloud? I'm no programmer, but it seems the purge of platforms can come to anyone.

@sinbach Thank you for this!!
@ManyFreeBirds @sinbach
Some ministries are building their own clouds to prepare for this kind of thing.
@OilPainter @ManyFreeBirds I haven't heard that, but it is a smart move. We are going one step further and have built an intranet system that operates outside of the world wide web. we have been using it in Iran for years.
@sinbach @ManyFreeBirds How does one build a secure intranet? I would love to have one.
@ManyFreeBirds we do not raise funds, charge clients, or sell services, our programmers are volunteers that believe in the cause, and hosting services are provided by BTJ support. DingDash is built on a modified version of decentralized Mastadone. we are not big, do not have a lot of money, but since we initially designed DingDash to operate against the controls of China's Great Firewall, we came to the playground ready for this fight from day one.
