Quite the opposite is the case - we have been given that privilege as a gift (with all advantages and disadvantages). As people who are called to deny themselves and lay down their rights, we should be happy to share our wealth with those in need.
I need to work this out in practice but in theory, it is a no brainer.
All of this of course is no excuse to let down our guard. If there are ex daesh fighters among refugees, they should of course receive their just verdict.
