Dear friends!

My best friend Sam will have his interview tomorrow. Interview means hearing and verdict for those seeking asylum in Austria. He has come to know Jesus 6 years ago in Iran and has fled to Austria, where he has been ever since.

Please pray for a positive decision, allowing him not only to stay but also to visit his family in Germany.

This is a personal message of mine, for my dearest friend.
I am asking you to please pray for her in hospital, where she is very scared and anxious. She has a bleed on the brain and is 8 months pregnant. I'm so very scared for ger. Please pray to Our Lord God for her to feel the comfort of The Holy Spirit to calm her and the healing hands of Jesus to make her well. Amen. Thank you.

@Matthias I think we are mostly on the same page, except with different terminology. For example, Peter sinned when he feared the Judaizers (Gal. 2:11-14), even though he had been saved and baptized with the Spirit. Perhaps you can say that he didn't have a "sin nature", but he certainly had a "nature that is capable of sinning", whatever you want to call it. That being said, I agree that we ought to see ourselves as God sees us, which will be empowering for holy and joyful living.

pray that 40 vietnam Bibles make it into the hands of those who need it most as they are on their way. They are already inside so not giving up info. Just pray they go where needed. Thanks.

What is ding dash doing to protect the identity of persecuted Christians and missionaries in those countries?
Based on my profile I pretend to be a fellow follower of Christ from central Europe but I could also be a governmental agent from the chinese communist party. And if so, it would be very dangerous for Chinese people to get in touch with me.
Are there ways of protection for such cases or is that considered as a personal issue, where we just need to be wise in what information we share?

BREAKING! You will not find this in the news yet (outside of the Chinese-English language websites), but China just registered a chip for the human brain to bring human-to-computer interface. Here is what Christians NEED to know.

A little thought I had while cooking some pasta...if you're feeling like God is restricting you from where you're trying to go, perhaps God is actually helping you to get where He wants you to go a little more easily, and with much less effort, so we can walk in His strength, rather than our own.

Also, if you out a lid on and turn down the heat, you'll cook your pasta far more efficiently.

What are people's thoughts on Grace Church suing the state?

I'm British, so the idea of suing is not something I'm familiar with

But, while I think it is wrong how churches have been treated, compared to pubs or casinos, I'm not able to reconcile these actions as a Christian

Maybe it's an American culture thing but I don't think so

I do think fighting to get back into a building to sing is missing the point when so many churches have waited more than they've innovated

Thoughts???
