I will both lay down & sleep for the Lord our God watches over me.
I pray you rest in the gift of faith that God can do all things. Remember He created you just so He had someone like you to love...and for you to love Him. God has made you one with Himself.

@MaryMamuzich thank you! I ended up sleeping pretty good Sunday night and read some scriptures while I was in bed. Listened to worship music, sermons & prayed throughout the workday on Monday. Then slept great last night and did the same today while working and have been able to refocus my heart on Jesus and the Word, feeling peace again
@Rymiller843 oh good! The Lord gets us rest when we rest in Him.
