4 weeks into Keto and I honestly have never felt better! Simple recipes (when I just don’t have time to prep an elaborate meal lol) and soooo tasty!! I get it’s not for everyone but it’s proving great for me!

@Lindseyay I first figured out that I had a carbohydrate problem when I noticed that drinking orange juice tended to make me sleepy. I've found that not being so concerned about the amount of fat I eat but avoiding excess carbohydrates allows me to more easily control my eating and consequently my weight.

@melmc I’ve heard a lot of stories of people discovering the negative effects of excessive carbs by the amount of orange juice they drink! I agree, I’m getting more into a routine of much less carbs but keeping fat to a reasonable level too!
