Mind—memorize scripture e.g. via song etc.; cultivate belief in the Bible to counteract anxiety
Emotional—revisit the Biblical accounts of the challenges faced by the prophets; past OT battles; God’s provision for His people; Learn from Lot and his wife
Spiritual—cleanse yourself of sin; wear clean garments/robes of righteousness; be self controlled in all aspects of life
Relational—dialogue (not argue) with those who might be interested in aspects of prophecy; minister to people’s fears/uncertainty; engage the young
Financial—ask God what and how much you should store for a rainy day
Health—Learn the basics of first aid; know how to grow and prepare low budget, healthy foods; be disaster resilient
