In light of all that is coming, it is wise to reset one's health now. God is LIGHT. His gifts are free and wonderful. Every budget can benefit from this as part of their last days preparation. It not about the food (Mt 4:4) or the exercise (1 Tim. 4:8) but about the light and dark. Why because God is LIGHT and He invites all to live with Him in the Light. Without God's LIGHT you will not master good health, good eyesight and good mental health.
