weird, but this video brought back so many memories. I would always look for places to be alone so I could secretly practice calling cadence. One of the things I loved when I was a young Sgt was singing/yelling out this cadence while watching the sun rise over Recon Ridge.

My husband was company commander of a unit of drill sgts. He would listen to recordings of Jody calls and sing them around the house.
He liked them.
