Andy B 2 Minute Video, Baking Trays, Yorkies and Spiritual Growth, S4, E12
Andy B loves his kitchen, and he loves kitchen shops, or departments with cooking equipment in them.
For ages now, he has been trying to make Yorkshire Puddings, using his super cheap cupcake baking tray.
In one way it is perfectly functional β it has a number of bowl like shapes, that help Yorkshire Puddings grow into the right shape as they cook. But, on the other hand, it is super cheap, ultra thin metal, and has the non-stick ability of super glue!
So, Andy B finally invested in new baking trays to make his Yorkshire Puddings. And now, everything is all golden!

That must be a first Andy...a Biblical message from Yorkshire Puddings! @Berrybunchfamily
@DevotionalTreasures There all sorts of good with a Yorkshire Pudding :-)
Cumberland sausages and gravy in yorkies sounds good right now π@Berrybunchfamily
@DevotionalTreasures now that sounds good ALL the time π
@DevotionalTreasures @Berrybunchfamily I've never tasted these, but you sure are making me curious what they're like.
Gonna give this a go mate! π@Berrybunchfamily @Cherishingsparrows2020

now you have me pondering Lincolnshire v Cumberland Sausage
aromatic, or spicy.......or just have both and be done with it π
@DevotionalTreasures i made a double batch earlier in the week - I have another 8 puddings worth for tonight, and some more that will need to be used up tomorrow evening
it's great for the boys, because they feel much more full! it isn't like we're not providing enough food - they're just growing lads, who eat more than we do :-)
@Cherishingsparrows2020 @DevotionalTreasures
125g plain flour
2 eggs
225 ml milk
pinch of salt
mix well together really with a whisk (manual or electric)
bake the pudding trays in an oven at 200 degrees centrirade, with about 10ml of oil in each hole
after about 20 minutes take the tray out the oven, and pour enough batter mix to half fill each hole (pour it in, in one go - that's important 'cos if you top up the mixture afterwards, you get very mis-shaped puddings)
pop back in the oven for 15-20 minutes - or until golden brown
enjoy π
always works best, in my humble opinion, with a beef gravy
