Jesus came to Save His people FROM their Sins. If you are not Saved FROM Sin you don't know Him. (Matthew 1:21, 1 John 3:6)
@erdenpilger
#Paul is not in hell, but when he wrote this he was not yet perfected. Read the context. Jesus was morally perfect, yet He was not perfected in this sense until His Death. See Luke 13:32. So every one who is born of God CANNOT Sin as they are morally perfect.
Where do you get this idea that #John was a lier? See John 1:5-7
John walked in the Light even as Jesus did. He had fellowship with God & the blood of Jesus had cleansed him from all Sin.
#David knew that he was going to hell for his Sin, but he knew that God would not leave him there, Psalm 16:10. Jesus ransomed him.
As for you Pilgrim, I am concerned. You are not believing the clear teaching of scripture regarding Jesus and what He came to do. If you expect to Sin you will Sin because you are not believing in Him to Save you FROM Sin.
“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” -John 3:18
@SCWatchman
Poor #Paul in hell! He wasn't perfect yet. (Phil 3:12)
Poor #John a liar. He wasn't sinless either. (1Jo 1:5)
Poor #David! Didn't he kill a man to get sexual satisfaction with his wife?
Poor #me. I believe I have an advocate if I sin according to 1Jo 2:1. But since he's a liar I have no hope...

I for my part feel like I'm in good company. Jesus Christ be praised!
