For those that know, I dropped eating carbs 3 years ago. On that day I switched from popcorn and chips to Porkrinds.
Imagine my EXCITEMENT when i bought these bad boys in a secret section of Dubai today!
The porkrind underground!

@gladflicka not a lot - about 20 lbs. but more importantly, my weight is stable and I am healthy. in 2017, I was on an upward trajectory with my weight with no end in sight. It became clear that I would not be able to run it off as I had always done in the past. I have never spent even one day of dieting in my life, but my wife convinced me to start doing LCHF with her (in America they call it KETO). The idea of eating meat and fat every day seemed super enticing, so I tried it for a few months and that has extended to a few years. i have since found that i no longer get mouth ulcers - something that I have had my entire life! i no longer shake when my blood sugar is low and I no longer have lock jaw. so many things in my body has changed for the better, so i do not think I will ever go back to eating carbs/sugar on a regular basis again. Of course I have cheat days (about once or twice a month), but I don't really desire those any longer. My taste buds have changed.
