@Toolman because this is a victory. Plain and simple. The fight is not over. The churches that filed this to the SCOTUS are churches that I have spoken at and I am happy to see them get this win. You might not be. This might not be enough for you and that is fine, but I am excited about striking a serious blow to the powers of gov overreach in California. And this victory can be attributed to President Trumps court appointees. Not just the Supreme court, Trump appointed roughly a quarter of all active federal judges in the country and more federal appeals court judges than any one term president. All of these judges were selected, as best as could be, to adhere to the original founder's ideas of freedom of religion. In my view, that was CLEARLY a Trumpian blessing.
