It should sizzle when you add the batter. I've never got mine hot enough for that yet though
I've switched to 5ml of oil per pudding...still seems enough....
@Berrybunchfamily I was worried I didn't get the oil hot enough. Beginners luck. My next go will be with almond milk and almond flour. Wheat flour & cows milk make my stomach hurt.
