@MaryMamuzich awesome 🙂 mine, at dinner, didn't rise at all. Tasted great, but didn't turn out as well as yours!

It should sizzle when you add the batter. I've never got mine hot enough for that yet though
I've switched to 5ml of oil per pudding...still seems enough....
@Berrybunchfamily I was worried I didn't get the oil hot enough. Beginners luck. My next go will be with almond milk and almond flour. Wheat flour & cows milk make my stomach hurt.
