If I Am Not A Member Of A Local Church, Am I Wrong?

Many Christian leaders teach that if you are a true Christian, you must have membership in a local church. They say that if you do not, it is because you are not Christian, or you do not want to obey any pastor. They also accuse you of looking for the perfect church. What is more is that they say the Bible commands you to become a member of a local church, which is why we are going to refute their statements using the Bible.
