However I am shocked to know that these cana tubers are edible!!! We grew them as ornamental plants in childhood. Still it is grown as an ornamental plant in many parts of my motherland.
Did she really say that the leaves are edible?
However I don't think the Arrowroot leaves are edible.
Still wondering, whether we can use them as wrap for steaming Rice cake, etc ? Just like we use banana leaves as wrap for making steamed rice delicacies?
@paga4 Kuya, do you have any idea about ornamental Arrowroot plants? With variegated leaves. Are they edible, I noticed people growing them in some mountain villages.
