The video on youtube of an apparent missile hitting Beirut posted on Aug. 6, 2020 has been removed. Right now it can still be found at rense.com and downloaded. There are other fake-looking videos on youtube of a missile striking, but these are laughable.

@KarMarJo57 Don't really know. There seems to be some evidence that a missile hit, however.
