So, I am largely uneducated as to life in China right now, but obviously many of you here are not, so I hope to learn from you. I am interested in wondering what is behind the school exchange programmes to the West. My friend hosts Chinese school students in her home for a few weeks at a time, so that they can study here and experience our lives in the UK. My question is why? Why would the government allow their school children to experience a way of life they don't believe in?
@Lindseyay
I hope you are well up there.
I'm still trying to understand how this platform works. Had a look yesterday at the YouTube introduction but need to look again to see how the hashtags work... I hope you have a blessed weekend.
@Backtojerusalem
Thank you. Lots to get my head around with a new type of platform!
@Backtojerusalem
Thank you. I had just finished reading The Heavenly Man and found my way here. Actually, before that, I had just finished reading about Gladys Aylward.
My calling I believe, is to Uganda. I help at a medical centre there. I went in February and am hoping to return again in January.
@Lindseyay
Hi. I'm in North Devon. Where do you live?
Hi. I live in the UK and have been disabled through my mental and physical health for many years, but I have been shown a new path I am to follow and I know I am being healed to be brought up to the task I've been given. It isn't the path between China and Jerusalem ( but who knows what the future holds), but in Uganda to start with and possibly into Kenya. There is a great deal of work to do there. I am being partnered by an amazing young Christian there. I am on the right path π
