Having in mind @sinbach podcast about boosting immune system I'm presenting my:
Buckwheat pancakes with natural majonese and sour cabage.
Pancake ingreadients: grinded buckwheat , flax seed, salt, water 😍

200 grams of buckwheat flour
3 spoons of flax seeds
2 glasses of water
half a tea-spoon of salt
blend it (add more water if it gets too dense), make pancakes 😍
I prefer to fry the "pancakes" on lard or clarified butter
